SEGREGATED CLIENT FUNDS
As a retail client, your funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from our own funds. In the unlikely event of Elite Networks, LLC insolvency, segregated client funds cannot be used for reimbursement to Elite Networks, LLC creditors. Elite Networks, LLC (UK) Limited is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and if we are unable to satisfy repayment claims, eligible claimants have the right to compensation by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) which covers eligible Investments up to £85,000 per person per firm.
